1. Organization Progression

STAGESTATUSWHAT IT MEANS
Stage 1Unrecognized GroupA new/informal group. May RP together under normal city/criminal rules but has no official organization status, turf entitlement, or whitelist benefits.
Stage 2Recognized OrganizationHas earned an in-character reputation and demonstrated consistent organization RP. Recognition unlocks eligibility to apply for whitelist status.
Stage 3Whitelisted OrganizationHas been recognized, passed the whitelist application/review, and is approved for official organization benefits.
A group does not become official because it has a Discord, roster, matching clothes, weapons, money, or a Tebex purchase. The progression must happen through roleplay.

2. Recognition

2.1 Recognition Must Be Earned Through RP

  • New groups must establish themselves in city before applying for whitelist status.
  • Build a recognizable identity, lore, relationships, allies, rivals, business/criminal connections, and reputation through actual IC interaction.
  • Create RP for other people. An organization should contribute stories to the city rather than exist only to farm crime mechanics or gunfights.
  • Staff may observe activity, consistency, leadership, rule compliance, and how the group interacts with civilians, government departments, businesses, and other organizations.
  • There is no automatic timer or checklist that guarantees recognition.
  • Recognition is not based on wealth, kills, guns, cars, roster size, or OOC spending.
No shooting your way in: A group cannot arrive in Zentra and immediately force beef, repeatedly attack established organizations, or use nonstop violence as a shortcut to becoming known. Conflict can build reputation when it is part of a real story; random or manufactured gunplay does not.

2.2 What Staff May Consider

  • Consistent organization identity and lore.
  • An active roster whose members actually RP as the organization.
  • Meaningful IC connections and a reputation that other characters have learned through RP.
  • Stories beyond robberies and shootouts.
  • Leadership's ability to control its members and handle losses/conflict without OOC drama.
  • Rule compliance and overall contribution to the city.
  • Whether the organization has developed naturally enough that being 'recognized' makes sense IC.

2.3 Recognition Is Not Whitelist

Recognition only makes an organization eligible to apply. Staff may recognize a group and later deny or defer its whitelist application if the group is not ready for whitelist responsibilities.
