ZENTRA ROLEPLAY • ORGANIZATION SYSTEM

GANG REGISTRATION SYSTEM

Register. Build a Name. Earn Recognition.

A progression system for player-created gangs and organizations built around roleplay, reputation, activity, and contribution to the city.

01

WHAT IS GANG REGISTRATION?

Gang Registration is the entry point for groups that want to operate as an organized gang, crew, club, family, syndicate, or similar organization within Zentra Roleplay. A group that meets the minimum registration requirements may register and begin officially building its organization through in-character roleplay.

Registration does not make a group Recognized or Whitelisted. It gives the group an official starting point, allows staff to track its roster and progression, and opens the path toward higher organization tiers and unlocks.

02

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 4 active members at the time of registration. (Must be Active within the city)
  • One designated Boss/Leader and no more than two Underbosses.
  • A current roster. Organizations may have no more than 25 members.
  • A unique organization name, identity, and basic lore or purpose.
  • Members must be in good standing and the organization must agree to follow all Zentra Server Rules and Gang/Organization Rules.
  • The group must intend to create meaningful roleplay beyond simply fighting, making money, or targeting other organizations.
03

ORGANIZATION PROGRESSION

Once registered, an organization progresses by what it actually does in the city. Progression is not purchased and is not based on kills, weapons, cars, money, or simply having a large roster.

1REGISTERED ORGANIZATION

Official entry into the organization system. Establish your identity, roster, relationships, and presence through RP.

2DEVELOPING ORGANIZATION

Demonstrate consistency, activity, leadership, story development, and positive contribution to city RP. Additional organization-system unlocks may become available as progression is earned.

3ESTABLISHED ORGANIZATION

Show that the group can sustain its identity and story over time, create RP for others, handle conflict responsibly, and remain within server guidelines.

4RECOGNIZED ORGANIZATION

Highest progression status. Recognition includes Whitelisted Organization status and unlocks eligibility for Zentra's Organization Package and other whitelist-only organization benefits.

IMPORTANT The middle stages describe progression milestones, not automatic time-based promotions. Staff may use the organization system's published requirements/unlocks to determine when a group is ready to advance.
04

HOW PROGRESSION IS EARNED

Zentra is an RP-first server. Organizations earn progression by developing a believable identity and consistently creating quality roleplay. Staff may consider:

  • Consistent in-character activity and organization identity.
  • Meaningful lore, leadership, recruitment, and internal structure.
  • Relationships, rivalries, business, criminal stories, and interactions that develop naturally through RP.
  • Reputation earned through actions in the city rather than OOC claims.
  • Creating RP opportunities for members and other players.
  • Rule compliance, sportsmanship, and the organization's overall conduct.
  • Maintaining an accurate roster and enough active members to support the organization.
05

RECOGNITION MUST BE EARNED

There is no automatic timer, checklist, purchase, or guaranteed route to Recognized status. Registration starts the journey; it does not guarantee the destination.

Organizations cannot shoot their way into recognition. Entering the city and immediately forcing beef with established groups, repeatedly attacking others for attention, farming shootouts, or using nonstop violence as the group's only identity may delay or prevent progression. Conflict is allowed and can be an important part of gang RP, but it must have story, escalation, and purpose behind it.

Recognition is based on the organization as a whole. Staff may consider leadership, member conduct, activity, story quality, reputation, rule history, and the group's overall impact on the city before granting the highest status.

06

RECOGNIZED / WHITELISTED STATUS

A group that reaches Recognized status becomes a Whitelisted Organization. This is Zentra's highest organization tier and represents a group that has proven it can maintain quality RP, a stable identity, active membership, and responsible participation in the server.

Recognized organizations become eligible for whitelist-only benefits, including the ability to obtain an Organization Package. Depending on the current package and approved server offerings, organization benefits may include items such as an MLO, organization vehicles, clothing, weapon-related access or benefits, custom drug-related benefits, and other announced organization features.

Recognition and whitelist status cannot be bought. Purchasing an Organization Package does not create, guarantee, protect, or restore Recognized status. The status must be earned first and may still be reviewed or revoked under Zentra's rules.

Recognized / Whitelisted status is not permanent simply because it has been earned. Organizations are expected to remain active, maintain their identity, and continue contributing meaningful, quality roleplay to the city. A prolonged period of inactivity, significant decline in activity, or continued lack of quality organization RP may result in the group's Recognized / Whitelisted status being reviewed and ultimately removed.

RECOGNIZED ORGANIZATION AVAILABILITY

Zentra currently supports a maximum of 6 Recognized / Whitelisted Organizations at one time. Reaching the appropriate progression level does not guarantee that a Recognized slot will be immediately available.

If all six slots are occupied, Registered, Developing, and Established Organizations may continue operating, progressing, and creating RP within the city as normal. Availability can change over time as organizations become inactive, lose status, or otherwise leave the system — meaning a future opportunity for Recognition may open.

07

REGISTRATION DOES NOT OVERRIDE SERVER RULES

Registered organizations remain fully subject to Zentra's Server Rules and Gang/Organization Rules. Registration is permission to participate in the organization progression system, not permission to ignore normal RP standards.

  • Gang beef must remain in-character and may not become OOC harassment.
  • Organization status does not create blanket KOS rights or permission to target civilians or other groups without RP.
  • Member limits, leadership limits, war rules, hot-spot rules, cooldowns, and other gang regulations still apply.
  • Unofficial members may not be used to bypass roster or participation limits.
  • Repeated rule violations, inactivity, roster problems, strikes, or serious misconduct may pause progression or result in loss of status.
08

THE GOAL

The Gang Registration system is designed to give new organizations somewhere to start without handing out whitelist status on day one. Groups should be able to enter the city, register, build a story, make a name for themselves, and unlock more as they prove what they bring to Zentra.

REGISTER → BUILD → PROVE → BECOME RECOGNIZED
